Eagles rookie money grab is on

When LSU runnng back Charles Scott agreed to terms on a four-year contract, it launched the beginning of a race among Eagles draft picks to get their money under the old rookie wage pool used in capped years.
Trust me, you don't want to be one of the last draft picks to be signed other than first-rounder Brandon Graham.
The Eagles drafted more players than any team in the recent lottery. Those 13 players are battling for the fourth-highest rookie wage pot - a svelte $6.977 million.
With the looming threat of a uniform rookie wage scale in the next Collective Bargaining Agreement, this could be the last chance for some of the draftees to cash in.
