OTAs begin Tuesday for Vick, Eagles.

First-round pick Fletcher Cox doesn't have a contract but the Eagles expect him to suit up for full squad organized team activities starting today at the NovaCare Complex.

The OTAs are voluntary.

The Eagles agreed to terms on a four-year deal with third-round pick Nick Foles, the quarterback out of Arizona.

Speaking of quarterbacks, the Birds cut rookie free agent Jacory Harris, who flashed ability at the rookie camp. Five quarterbacks was a bit much to divide reps among starter Michael Vick, veterans Trent Edwards and Mike Kafka and Foles.
