Add Mike Vick to the booty of first, second and third-round picks and the Eagles can make a pretty good argument to move up the draft board.
Maybe not high enough to get the fifth choice from Kansas City but close enough to get FS Earl Thomas who they like just as much, or pass rusher Derrick Morgan.
