Kafka, Harbor sign; 4 picks to go

Fourth-round picks Mike Kafka and Clay Harback signed four-year contracts Tuesday, leaving just of 13 Eagles draft picks unsigned six weehks to go until training camp.
Kafka is the No. 3 quarterback behind starter Kevin Kolb and backup Michael Vick. Coaches felt Kafka (6-3, 225), the product of Northwestern, got a little bit better with each practice in the offseason. He was particularly effective in the red zone, where he routinely outperformed Vick.
Harbor (6-2, 252) faces an uphill battle to make the 53-man roster at tight end. The Missouri State product has had a difficult time learning the offense.
