Spencer fined $12.5K for Vick hit

The NFL caught up with Cowboys defender Anthony Spencer, billing him $12,500 for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Eagles quarterback Michael Vick Sunday night according to reports.
Spencer also was penalized for roughing the passer on the play. In other words, he got away with the hit on Vick out of bounds in front of the Eagles' bench.
The NFL declined comment until Friday.
