Eagles agree to terms with Barkley

Rookie is 99.9 percent in the fold.
The Eagles and quarterback Matt Barkley reached terms on a four-year contract Thursday.

Lane Johnson, the first-round pick out of Oklahoma, is the last of the team's eight draft picks who hasn't signed or agreed to terms.

Barkley (6-2, 227) is a fourth-round pick out of USC,  where he exited as  the all-time leading asser in school and Pac-12 Conference history. The four-year starter amassed over  12,000 passing yards and is the first player in the conference to throw for 100 our more touchdowns, having garnered 116 in all.
