Michael Vick is active this week.

Michael Vick dressed out for the first time in four weeks as Chip Kelly has him backing up Nick Foles today against the Arizona Cardinals.

Kelly formally awarded Foles the starting job last week.

Quarterback Matt Barkley was scratched along with injured safety Earl Wolff, cornerback Curtis Marsh, running back Matthew Tucker, offensive linemen Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly and safety Emmanuel Acho.
