Goodell wants Vick to only associate with his family at parties, a reaction to the shooting at Vick's open invitation 30th birthday party weeks ago. No charges were filed in the episode.
The NFL, the Eagles and authorities have investigated the issue of Vick’s involvement. Vick's parole officer has forbid him to leave Pennsylvania.
