Eagles Pro Bowl cornerback Asante Samuel got himself into a throwdown Wednesday with head coach Andy Reid, team president Joe Banner and general manager Howie Roseman.


Upset the Eagles told him they would try to trade him this summer, Samuel said he felt loyalty and "cool" with Reid but a business type of cold with "upstairs" - i.e. management.

Samuel says Reid is in the midst of a power struggle.
