Kolb questionable; Allen, Mathis out

Biug toe hurts.
Safety Nate Allen (concussion) and left guard Evan Mathis (big toe) have been ruled out for the Eagles' game Sunday with the Arizona Cardinals.

Defensive end Juqua Parker (ankle) practiced fully Friday and is listed as questionable.

Rookie Jaiquawn Jarrett (Temple) and veteran King Dunlap start in place of the injured players.

The host Eagles (3-5) are 15-point favorites over the Cardinals (2-6), who likely will be without quarterback Kevin Kolb (injured toe, foot), the former Eagle.
