The Jerry Dome is very appealing.

Confirmed:

Delaware County Daily Times player of the year Dan Connor visits the Dallas Cowboys Wednesday.

The free agent middle linebacker is expected back Thursday, although that could change for obvious reasons.

Connor (6-2, 235) would upgrade the Cowboys defense that already includes Sean Lee, who teamed with Connor at Penn State. Linebackers Keith Brooking, 36, and Bradie James are free agents.

Connor contributed a career-high 75 tackles, including 54 solos, a forced fumble  and three stuffs last season for the Carolina Panthers, who selected him in the third round of the 2008 draft.
