Former Eagles president Joe Banner apparently found another challenge.

His buddy Joe is back in business.

Banner is on the management team of Jimmy Haslam, the billionaire truck stop operator who has purchased the Cleveland Browns  according to the NFL Network. The price was about $1 billion per reports.

The Eagles open the season Sept. 9 at Cleveland.

More on this as it develops. Including, that is, which members of the Eagles management team he might take with him.
