Punxsutawney 'Phil' nailing Eagles picks

The 'Swami' hard at work making next Eagles pick.
Truth be told, I was a little jealous when Delcotimes.com editor Phil Heron nailed the score of the Eagles-Ravens game three weeks ago.

The replacement officials incorrectly called offensive interference in the end zone (they were told not to call interference in the end zone, period, especially on last-second plays, we later learned). It wiped out the touchdown that would have enabled my projection of 27-24 Ravens to come true. Instead the Ravens kicked a field goal and Phil got it right - 24-23.

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile, right?

Well, Phil nailed the score again last week; Eagles 19, Giants 17. Nineteen points? Who ever picks a score with 19 points? Obviously that got my attention.

Definitely check out his dreaded Saturday Eagles Pick before the game Sunday with the Steelers.
