Jack McCaffery makes several points in this piece about the job facing Andy Reid during the Eagles' bye week.

Respectfully, I think it's too late to save this season without some fairly radical changes to be outlined in a piece running in the Wednesday edition of the Delaware County Daily Times (Delcotimes.com).

There is one wakeup call that might work. Getting rid of special teams linebackers every week obviously hasn't.

Unless it happens the Eagles are what their record is. And what they are is good enough to narrowly beat good teams with a little luck, and average enough to lose to average teams with a little bad luck.
