Does it matter he's healthy?

The Eagles have made it clear they're not going to put Michael Vick on the field the rest of the season.

Nonetheless there's a report that Vick needs only the requisite medical clearance to get on the field should the Eagles decide to play him Thursday against the Bengals at Lincoln Financial Field.
