Eagles form practice squad with cuts Bamiro, Salas, Long, Tucker
The Eagles agreed to practice squad terms with four recent cuts.
The list is composed of offensive tackle Michael Bamiro, linebacker Travis Long, wide receiver Greg Salas and running back Matthew Tucker.
The Eagles also claimed cornerback Shaun Prater off waivers from the Cincinnati Bengals.
To make roster room the Eagles cut Curtis Marsh (6-1, 200), who looked the part and ran a 4.42 in the 40-yard dash at the scouting combine but barely contributed. He was drafted in the third round in 2011.
Prater (5-10, 190) is a fifth-round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2012 who missed his rookie season with a knee injury. He was a three-year starter at Iowa where he recorded seven career interceptions.
