Vick, Peters, Polk all-in for practice

Eagles head coach Chip Kelly refused to rule quarterback Michael Vick and his strained hamstring out of this Sunday's game against the Cowboys at Lincoln Financial Field.

"I talked to him this morning and he said he's going to run around a little bit more today," Kelly said. "So we'll see where he is."

Vick dressed but didn't participate in the Eagles' 31-20 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, one in which Nick Foles earned NFC offensive player of the week honors for throwing three touchdown passes and rushing for another score.

Vick hasn't played since late in the first half of the victory over the New York Giants. He hurt the hamstring downshifting while going out of bounds after scrambling for a first down.

Last weekend Kelly said he kept Vick, starter Nick Foles and rookie draft pick Matt Barkley active because James Casey was scratched with a groin injury. Casey is a tight end and the emergency quarterback. He practiced fully Wednesday.
"We've got to have a third so really kind of when get towards later in the week," Kelly began. "And a lot of that decision wasn't made with James until Sunday. But you've got to have at least an emergency guy. We wouldn't feel comfortable if we didn't have a third guy available."

Offensive tackle Jason Peters (shoulder, hand) and running back Chris Polk (shoulder) practiced Thursday. They were held out of the Wednesday practice.
