Eagles rookie guard Danny Watkins, the first-round pick, topped the list of inactives Sunday.

Also scratched was rookie safety Jaiquawn Jarrett, the second-round choice out of Temple and third-round pick Brandon Marsh, a cornerback.


The other inactives: Quarterback Vince Young,  guard Julian Vandervelde, offensive tackle Winston Justic and defensive end Phillip Hunt.
