Andy Reid sent his players home Monday without having them watch the film of their 24-23 loss Sunday to the Green Bay Packers.

Reid told them to come back ready to work on Wednesday, when they prepare to take on the Buffalo Bills (3-1) at Orchard Park, N.Y.

With a 1-3 record, the Eagles have an uphill climb to secure a playoff berth.
