Not having a big year.

Sidelined three games with shoulder and hamstring issues, wide receiver Jeremy Maclin returned to action.

To make room on the game day roster the Eagles scratched wide receiver Steve Smith, rarely used this season. Former New York Giant Smith has 11 catches in nine games.

The Eagles also dressed Phillip Hunt while scratching veteran defensive ends Juqua Parker and Brandon Graham. Both vets practiced fully last week.

The remaining Eagles inactives were cornerback Brandon Hughes, guard Julian Vandervelde, offensive tackle Winston Justice and linebacker Greg Lloyd.
