The Eagles deactivated quarterback Michael Vick, running back LeSean McCoy (concussions), safety Kurt Coleman (chest contusion) and defensive tackle Mike Patterson (pneumonia) before their game with the Buccaneers Sunday.

Also scratched were wide receiver Greg Salas, running back Chris Polk and offensive tackle Matt Kopa.

Rookie wide receiver Marvin McNutt and linebacker Ryan Rau made their NFL debuts.

The Bucs deactivated cornerback LeQuan Lewis, running back Michael Smith, linebacker Najee Goode, wide receivers David Gilreath and David Douglas and defensive tackles Roy Miller and Matthew Masifilo.
