QB says Eagles could draft him in first round

If Eagles call, E.J. Manuel gets one of these.
No quarterback fits the system the Eagles are likely to evolve in under rookie NFL head coach Chip Kelly better than E.J. Manuel, the 6-5, 240-pound product of Florida State.

Manuel has the size and mobility to survive and function in the read option offense. His passing skills, on the other hand, need polish.

Manuel says the Eagles, the Bills and the Jets all are hot on his trail. And he thinks one of those teams will dial his number during the first round of the upcoming NFL draft.

The way Manuel was talking you wonder if the Eagles already took his order for the personalized post-practice protein shakes they're handing out.
