The Eagles scratched quarterback Matt Barkely, cornerbacks Bradley Fletcher (concussion) and Shaun Prater, offensive linemen Dennis Kelly (back) and Matt Tobin, defensive end Vinny Curry and tight end  Emil Igwenagu.

Curry obviously still isn't good enough playing special teams to warrant activation. He was scratched the previous game as well.

Brandon Boykin started at cornerback in place of Fletcher, who was unable to pass his concussion test to be cleared for action.

Fletcher sustained the concussion late in the Eagles' season-opener victory over the Redskins at FedEx Field. He was unable to practice this past week.

The pre-game festivities included an Eagle flying into the Linc. The bird circled the field several times before landing on the sideline.
