Cornerback Bradley Fletcher didn't pass his concussion test Wednesday and will be out at least another day.

Practiced fully.

He's still hopeful of getting it done and being activated on game day when the Eagles oppose the Chargers Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.

Offensive tackle Dennis Kelly (lower back surgery) practiced on a limited basis, cornerback Brandon Hughes worked for the first time in almost three weeks since fracturing a hand and quarterback Michael Vick practiced fully ... much to the chagrin of whoever reported he had a groin injury.

"What? You saw me practicing out there," Vick said.

Vick also wants to remind all of those concerned that earlier in the day he said he felt he could have played a couple more quarters against the Redskins.
