Earl Wolff, not Pat Chung starts at safety

The Eagles scratched Michael Vick, running back Matt Tucker, linebacker Jake Knott, offensive linemen Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly and wide receiver B.J. Cunningham.
The upper deck with the Raiders logo is covered by tarpaulins.

Rookie Earl Wolff, not Patrick Chung is starting at safety for the Eagles.

Nursing a mysterious shoulder injury, Chung has  played in just one of the Eagles' last five games.

It's safe to say signing Chung to a three-year, $10 million contract hasn't benefited the Eagles.

Chung is credited with 24 tackles in five games. Wolff has 26 tackles in the last four games and 44 on the season. He also intercepted a pass.
