Babin's wife irked over pass rush criticism

Sacks tough to come by here.
Sara Babin, the wife of defensive end Jason Babin, is disappointed over media criticism of the Eagles' pass rush.

The Eagles have seven sacks in five games compared to 14 for the opposition. They didn't drop Ben Roethlisberger at all in their 16-14 loss to the Steelers Sunday.

Jason Babin leads the Eagles with 2.5 sacks. Trent Cole, who has 1.5 sacks, says the opposition is using maximum protection schemes  and quick three-step drops to slow down the pass rush out of "respect.

"Do they max-protect against every team they go against?" Cole said. "It’s called respect. That’s the best damn D-line. Everybody does it. It’s no different than other teams. Every team does that to us. All we’ve got to do is go play harder. We’ve got to work harder. That’s all we can do. We’ve got to go. And hopefully it pans out."
