The Eagles fired senior vice president of communications Rob Zeiger according to this  report.

Zeiger had been on the job barely 18 months.

Speculation is Zeiger's explanation on WIP 94.1 FM about why the Eagles turned up the sound level of their speakers in the last home game didn't help him.
