Birds bring back Curtis Marsh

Curtis Marsh.
The Eagles have given Curtis Marsh another chance.

They re-signed their 2011 third-round pick, who was cut at the end of the preseason.

The pectoral injury sustained Sunday by starting cornerback Bradley Fletcher might be more of an issue than the one sustained in the win over the Raiders by left offensive tackle Jason Peters.

Marsh is part of a draft the Eagles credit to Andy Reid. Here it is:

1st round: G Danny Watkins (released/Dolphins)
2nd round: S Jai Jarrett (released/Jets)
3rd round: CB Curtis Marsh (released, re-signed)
4th round: LB Casey Matthews
4th round: K Alex Henery
5th round: RB Dion Lewis (released/Browns)
5th round:  C-G Julian Vandervelde (released, re-signed)
6th round: C Jason Kelce
6th round: LB Brian Rolle (released)
7th round: LB Greg Lloyd (released)
7th round: FB Stanley Havili (released/Colts)

Marsh (6-1, 197) played in 22 games for the Eagles in 2011-12. Following his release he appeared in two games for the Bengals, who cut him recently.
