Foles talks it over with Reid.

Eagles quarterback Nick Foles is among the nominees for FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week.

Foles completed 32 of 51 attempts for 381 yards and two touchdowns, including a throw to Jeremy Maclin with no time remaining to lead the Eagles to a 23-21 road victory over the Buccaneers.

The competition:

• Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who completed 21 of 35 passes for 296 yards and four TDs in a 42-14 win over the Texans.
• Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, who connected on 23 of 35 passes for 287 yards and two TDs in a 30-20 win over the Falcons .
