It's best for Foles if Vick doesn't suit up.

Eagles head coach Andy Reid said that veteran quarterback Michael Vick would be the No. 3 quarterback this Sunday.
  
Framed it with "if we played today."

The third quarterback doesn't suit up. And don't look for that to change before Sunday. Imagine how  Eagles fans would react if rookie Nick Foles, making his seventh start when the Eagles take on the Redskins, got off to a poor start.

Don't look now, Nick ... 

If Vick suits up, the fans would demand he play.

That would be ugly.
